The Float Process

  • LOCATION- Double check that you selected the correct location.

  • WAVIER -Fill out the electronic waiver prior to your appointment.

  • ARRIVAL -SHOW UP 15 MINUTES EARLY and please make use of our parking lot - free in Lawrenceville, metered in Sewickley.

2. Float

  • ORIENTATION -We’ll explain everything in detail before your float!

  • SHOWER - get yourself clean using the provided Castile soap.

  • INTENTION -Step into the tank, set the lights and sound to your desired preferences, and get ready to fall into a peaceful 60 minute relaxation.

3. Unwind

  • RELAX - focus on your breath during your session as the tension leaves your body.

  • EXIT - after 60 minutes the tank will gently bring you back to reality.

  • SHOWER - shower again and take your time in our lobby, enjoying that post-float glow.

    Experience the power of contrast therapy - Book a 50 minute session in the contrast therapy room to go between the sauna and cold plunge. Amazing for recovery and leaving you feeling GOOD.
